   Every sovereigh nation has the right to decide who they allow into their country or not. The legal immigrant want to become an Americans. They learned English and adapted proudly to our culture. They appreciate America more than we native born. A Lebanese friend of mine once told me, "People here just do not know what they have here!" When he got his citizenship we presented him with a flag. There were tears in all our eye. This is the kind of immigrant we should have.

   Now we are faced with hoards of illegals flooding over over our border with the assistance of our government! These people could never pass the legal immigrant requirements. They settle in evclaves and make no effort to assimilate and live off public assistance.  Indeed, they demand we live by their laws! They behave ihe same way they did in their crummy country thed fled from and bring all their troubles with them. Why is our federal government such an accessory to violating the laws they swore to uphold? Whatever the left may say, all societies are NOT EQUAL! To unleash these masses on our society is the equivalent of dumping sawage in our rivers!

   Our government officials who knowingly and blatently abuse and violate our laws and intentionally endanger our public should be impeached if not publically hung!

There are Syrian refugees who hope to come to this country LEGALLY and I expect the vast vast majority to feel very much like your Lebanese friend...do you think any of them should be admitted?

Sorry to hear that you think Ronald Reagan, both Bushs as well as Obama should be at least impeached and possibly hung for their reasonable and humane actions related to immigration.

Based on your fear of foreigners I have to assume you surely do not side with the NRA in demanding there be no restrictions on gun sales to terrorist suspects on the no fly list.  Hope l am correct...yeah sure, who am l kiddin?!

Hey Lightweight....you have me confused. On 7/20/2015 8:34:00 PM, you responded to my post with "YOU ARE A TRUE A--HOLE".

Now, you have the audacity to respond to Archie, "You are the foremost of the a--holes left."  

Now, has he surpassed me as the true a--hole or am I still the foremost a--hole? Coming from you, I consider it a badge of honor. I would appreciate it if you would assure me that in your eyes I am still a true a--hole.

May I suggest you share your emails with you children or grandchildren and show them how an "adult" acts. Or, try to formulate an argument when you disagree. Merely calling someone as asshol when you disagree is akin to how middle school kids on the bus handle disagreements. You can do better. (No Pun Intended)

Please, lets keeep this discussion civil.

Arch, You seemed to have totally missed my point. The way illegals are flooding into this country is indirect violation of our laws with at least the "approval" if not the collusion with our government. Remember the car loads of kids that disappeared with the help of the Border Patrol or ICE? Where did they go? These illegals are also unleashing disesaes that this country has been free of for many years. They are also allowed in some schools with out their shots! On and on!

   I, too, have been disappointed with the way former administrations failed to protect our borders, however, we cannot change history. We cannot justify a crime by pointing to another crime. We must now deal with the present. The failure of this president, intentional or not,  dwarfs all of his predicessors failures in spades! Anyone intentionally violating his sworn duties should be impeached!

  Passing laws to remove weapons from the law abiding will do little to inhibit the criminal or the terrorist. They are in the business of violating laws. Cops do their best but they generally get there in time to chalk the outline. Firearms are a lot like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you probably won't need another.

   As for the NRA, I have been a life member for over 50 years. Americans have been historically self reliant - untill lately - and take care of their own problems. That is why, in their wisdom, the founding fathers gave us the 2nd as a last ditch weapon againdt tyrany. It is not about deer hunting. God bless them!

Great to see how good an argument you can present when it is based on thought and reason instead of knee jerk comments (impeachment, hang!).  I still mostly disagree with what you say but respect your opinions and appreciate the change of tone. 

Wixie could learn a lot from your 2 posts...but of course he won't!  He is obviously as P O'd 24 hours a day as you sounded to me in your first post.
