Does anyone know if the water level will go back down before it's summer level?  TIA

Yes.  It is already on the way down and dropping several inches a day until it meets the rule curve, then it will start back up.

Lifer is correct.  If they continue the drawdown at the current pace it will probably not reach 484, probably around 485 and then gradually upward from there.  They may increase the rate of drawdown and get it lower but that seems to be the current trajectory.  If you go to the lakemartin.com the water levels are in a box on the upper right side.  You can see where it currently stands vis-a-vis the rule curve.
