800,000 physicians have signed a letter to president Trump urging him to maintain social distancing until it is certain the crisis has passed.  I'm l correct to assume you were among the 300,000 that did not sign the letter?

He's been working so hard, I recommended he get a round of golf in, good for the soul, social distancing, and he can get some business done for the good of all of us at the same time.      Got to have him around for the long term or else he may end up looking like Joe B.

Per usual Archie, you are a little off.  The council did not petition the members and ask for their approval.  It is a fairly benign letter, with recommendations that Trump solicit advice and input from his vast public health resource.  He already, two days ago, confirmed the same during his daily pressor.  Nothing new or unusual Archie, as much as you would like it to be.

Archie, you know better than that.  800,000 doctors did not agree to the letter.  These organizations were signed up to the letter by their ED.  Ask these doc if they will waive their fees by the unemployed people?  I have noticed that businesses that have laid off their employees agreed to continue their coverage despite not paying them.  That will not work when insurance companies realize their termination - but they are expected to pay the treatment bills, que up the lawyers.  

btw, I bet the EDs will be looking for employment too!  Bottom line is 800,000 docs DID NOT sign this letter.  Good try though.  Now had you and press been said that Organizations representing 800,000 doctors sent a letter to the President maybe it would have been news fit to print/publish.  

btw, Alabama Governor just shut down all non essential organizations/businesses for a state with 2 deaths.  Nuts!

22 deaths in AL? 220, 2200? AL is sadly on the way and it will, like GA and FL and TN and MS will get where they might not have had to go had their governors acted earlier and stronger.  Every state should have taken the actions taken in CA and IL and MI 2 weeks ago.  If they had we could probably be seeing the light of day at the end of the tunnel by now.  They failed and are still failing so we are instead looking at the light of an on-coming train. Get back to me when you are ready to say it is not nuts after all.  Have a nice day?
