The President told the troops while in Iraq  that he gave them their biggest pay increase in history...10%. They deserve it and will be looking forward to their increased check. At times, I maybe negative about Trump but as the year ends I can only say good job Commander In Chief taking care of the military with this increase. 

It is pathetic that the military did not receive a raise for 10 years. Thanks Mr President for caring enough to not continue the exploitation of our  troops.

I fully support the military pay raise; however, everything I read says it was the largest in 10 years but was only 2.6%

Actually it was 2.4% but guaranteed the same for 4 years, or 9.6%.

I don't know who to believe..Trump at 10%, Buteye at 2.6%, or Lifer at 2.4% guaranteed for 4 years. I bet 2 of them are liars.

I just read another article that put it at 2.6. Yesterday I read 2.4 but either way over 4 years it is 10%. Plus he has announced plans to freeze 1.5 million federal employees pay. Way to go God Emporer Trump.
