He was elected because the primary voters chose him over the others and he ran against Jones.....  As best I can tell, politics is a job that doesn't seem to require much in the way of intellect.  Just look at AOC, Peelosi, Dementia Joe and so on.  Either way, even at his worst Tuberville is far better than Jones was even on his best day.

Oh, and  I forgot Trump who showed his brilliance with his comment that Putin is a “genius and savvy” for the invasion of Ukraine. Yet, Martini shows his ignorance when he disagrees with his hero Trump and posts “What I care about is having Ukraine inflict as much damage to Russia's military as possible.”

I just find it interesting and ironic the things that people find to criticize right now.  I presume your point was to demonstrate that Tuberville isn't the brightest bulb in the chandelier.  My response was that I am far more interested in what a politician does than what he says. Tuberville votes the way I would but at the end of the day that's about all he has...one vote. I assume if you liked the way he votes you probably never would have made this post.  So me being offended is not correct.  Astounded at the things people think matter......absolutely.

I don't think being a BAMA fan has anything to do with finding Tuberville an idiot.  His sole campaign slogan was that he would follow whatever Trump wanted.  I don't know, I want more from my politicians than blindly following anyone else, even through I agreed with most of Trump's policies.  I want my Senator to be respected by other Senator's for being a person of integrity.  This isn't the first stupid thing he has said.  He sounds stupid, so he should just keep his mouth shut.  He's going to pander to his biggest donors and not do another damn thing.  

It has nothing to do with how I feel about Auburn football and I feel like Auburn would want to take a step back from this neanderthal, since Auburn has a good academic reputation.
