As evidenced by the latest ruling on the clearly unconstitutional violation of religious liberty in NY John Roberts voted with the liberal minority.  Thanks GWB for giving us the next Souter/Kennedy.  So ACB merely restores the court to a 5-4 originalist majority.  And John Roberts gets invited to all the swell left wing nut parties in DC so he's got that going for him.  And to think he was the commencement speaker at my son's high school graduation.  Ugh!

I will say it again, Roberts is compromised.  His adoptions were not on the up and up.  The details are out there, look it up, don't take my word for it.

Just because he doesn't vote the way Lifer wants, he is compromised. Give me a break. He was appointed by a Republican Bush who stole the election from Gore. He just wants to keep politics out of the Supreme Court.

rather than a disappointment, Roberts has given most of the nation's citizens (for sure 80,000,000) at least a slight ray of hope that; inspite of the efforts of Trump, Barr, McConnell, the extreme evangelicals and the Federalist Society; the court has not yet become just another completely politicized extension of the Republican National Committee.
