The judge in the Census/citizenship case has just turned down, Trump's poodle, William Barr's request to replace the attorneys that have been arguing this case from the beginning with an all new team.  Since you had such high praise for this judge's understanding, fairness and excellent demeanor on July 3rd and 5th, I am waiting on pens for you to haul out your spoon and offer yet more praise for this judfge's latest action.

Trump, as a so called developer, can fire people who represent him in a real estate negotiaton (something of an oxymoron in Trump's dealings) as willy nilly as he pleases, but it is not so easy, as President with proscribed powers, with  lawyers in a court pleading!

it ain’t over until the fat lady sings.  Guess we will find out who laughs last when the wheels of justice grind to an end.  Wake me up when that happens.

Different Judge Archie.  Again, pay attention to the finer details.  It appears that a new team can take over if this Judge finds "satisfactory" written sworn affadavits from the old team explaining their rationale for "leaving" the case at this time.  I doubt that this Obama Judge will find anything from a Trump DOJ "satisfactory", so I am  not  holding my breath.

Exactly! My prediction is that once the dept heads start to report they can't accurately determine the number of citizens  the question will appear on the census forms. Trump is playing 3D chess and the dembicilles are playing checkers.

They ''declare'' they will get the info in a ''different'' way...the same way it has been collected through yearly random sampling and available to anybody that wants it since 1975. 

Of course you may be right...even without the question on the forms, the Trumpistas, by spreading fear and distrust and doubt, may have managed to acheive their true goal to destroy the accuracy of the constitutional census mandate to simply count ALL the humans living in the country.  The undercount may not be as large but it will still be enough to give the GOP another leg up on staying in power by rigging the numbers rather than earning the votes!
