'Broken promise': Trump faces backlash from Breitbart after reversal on Clinton charges
President-elect Donald Trump's most friendly media ally, as well as others supportive of his presidential bid, criticized his apparent reversal Tuesday on pursuing an investigation against his former opponent, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
It is nice to see that I continue to support Trump......May I assume you continue to support your candidate as well?????????

interesting that you conveniently failed to mention that Congress is still investigating THE HILDA BIT...H. Also, TRUMP's announcement did not mention the HILDA FOUNDATION, which continues to be under investigation by the FBI and Congress. TRUMP doesn't really need to pursue, but I agree that it was a campaign promise. Problem is, it would keep the idiot alphabet media all fired up trying to hide the criminal activity of HILDA and detract from TRUMP's efforts to delete everything o-BAMMIE has screwed up.

What would he gain by going down that path at this point/? Much more pressing issues for first 113 days!
If that were his prioirty then I would want Lois Lerner and other IRS folks first in line, with HRC way down the list.
Yall have been calling for him to moderate, to pivot, to calm. Is it ok that he does?
"The press took him literally but not seriously, his supporters took him seriously but not literally" for the most part

I don't think anyone thought he would pursue this. What would be the point in bogging down his new Administration in this swamp?

I'm more concerned that dumb azz McConnell will recess the Senate and allow POTUS to make a recess appointment to SCOTUS who could serve for two years, which will become a lifetime because spineless rinos will do nothing to stop it.

Personally I think the president should stay out of it - that is what the DOJ/FBI are for. we have already seen 8 years of nothing to see move along from the white house on every possible corruption.
I would much rather see a president say - well that is what we have the DOJ/FBI for and let them do their frickin job instead of butting into the investigatoin or derailing it.
