I really like it. Cook it with chicken broth then treat it like an ingredient in a salad with olive oil and some lemon juice. Add some chopped tomato, cucumbers green onions etc for a refreshing summer side. Where do you buy yours because I cant seem to find it around here.

I think I bought it at Publix in Montgomery. I usually make that kind of salad with Tabollah, but that's a great idea to make it with Quinoa. RoswellRic, I'm not getting the Ashley Judd association.... ????
