Is anyone else as amused, and at the same time disappointed, as I by the liberals' reaction to returning Twitter to a level playing field?  It is both comical and a sad commentary on the level to which they will raise their idiotic hypocrisy.  I never had a Twitter account but am tempted now to open one simply as a vote of confidence for a "neither left nor right" philosophy, something the libs can't seem to accept.

It's entirely predictable.  Left wing nuts define free speech as anything they approve of and they are such snowflakes that they cannot stand being presented with facts and opinions that run counter to their warped world view.  Twitter was run by fellow zealots and was their safe space and now it is going to be a more level playing field.  No more shadow banning, suspended accounts, etc.  It will be open to diverse views and opinions and that is a threat to their world view.

A long time ago I had a twitter account but deleted it.  I just got another one to see what is going on.  Apparently I am not alone as millions have signed up since Musk took over.  Just wait until he releases the evidence that Twitter conspired with the Federal govt to suppress speech on the platform.  Their heads are going to explode.  We are already learning a lot from the lawsuit that is now in deposition phase about the lengths to which Twitter, Fakebook, et al worked with the Democrats to sway the elections and suppress alternative views about the ChiCom virus, treatment options and vaccine injuries and deaths.

Don't have a Twitter account.  What I foresee is that Twitter will become a free-for-all of misinformation and political lies.  The truth will be in there somewhere, but I suspect users will have to look hard and extremely objectively to find it.  

I admire Elon Musk for his savvy as a businessman and a risk taker.  I agree with his decision to put an end to the liberal bias and the editing of tweets that Twitter didn't agree with.  I think there has to be a happy medium.
