and fellow travelers on this forum who are ''appalled and disgusted'' at the peaceful protests by pro-choice Americans outside the homes of Supreme Court justices...please comment on the 1994* Supreme Court decision in Madsen vs Women's Health Center which ruled that the right to peacefully picket and protest within 300' of abortion clinics and the homes of clinic employees by anti-abortion Americans is an activity protected by the 1st admendment.

You want me to respond to his question - Ok here we go.  Supreme court said there is a right to protest and put some restrictions on it based on abortion protests.  There is also a laws on the books regarding SCOTUS

But dont blow smoke up my a$$ and tell me I have to like it our that tax dollars should pay for private medical decisions.

Do you think a crowd that you politically agree with that forcefully breaks into the US Capitol by smashing doors and Windows, craps on the floor, vandalizes and steals personal and public property, beats police officers and calls for the death of the Vice President is morally superior to a group that you disagree with that peacefully protests on the public streets in front of a Supreme Court Justice's home? I put the former in the same pot with violent Antifa scum and the latter in the same noble plain as those  that annually march on the National Mall to express their sincere opposition to abortion.

Broken laws should be applied equally - Heels up Harris rised bail funds for Antifa and their "fiery but peaceful protests" and may were released within the hour ( if they had to be released at all )

Let me know when you call her and most of the demonrat party out for their support of violence.

I have posted on more then one occasion - prosecute broken laws.  If someone made a direct threat to someone, charge them accordingly.  If someone set fire, charge them with arson.  If someone broke a window or door, charge them with vandalism.  If someone stole something, charge them with theft.  If they walked through a open door with cops on either side welcoming them in as a peaceful protestor they should not be in solitary for over a year waiting a trial and looking at a lifetime in prison.

If you feel so strongly please send a harshly worded post to Heels up Harris, C/O White House regarding raising bail for people who set fires, attacked cops, broke windows, threatened people etc.  I have a feeling that you are full of soemthing, still trying to determine if it is just hot air or something that my dog normally leaves out in the yard.

People protest things because they like the status quo and not because they want to change it or in some way to influence a decision or change? 

Holy Crap - all this time I thought people went to the steps of SCOTUS, Washington DC, or the homes of XYZ to cause change in public opinion, sway public opinion regarding decisions, to sway public opinion to force a change  - and all this time they were not doing it because they wanted change or influence.  They protest because they like it just how it is - that is one hellva arguement from the brain dead section.

Talk about a weak response, I would have expected better from something with a few brain cells - instead your idiotic response is no better then something that Ho Harris does when she just keep repeating the same words like she is a 33 record that is badly warped.
