I am sorry for the link.  I don't know if it's because I'm having trouble using my new computer or if this website.  

Essentially the article talked about how Biden is failing to recognize that he is engaged in many asimmetrical "wars" and therefore is losing on a lot of fronts - including in European relations and also with China and Russia.  Although the article came from "The Hill" it laid out in a pretty logical fashion that these things are going over Biden's head.
