files a suit to try to keep the election results from being certified, claiming voter fraud.  How do you have substantial  voter fraud, when you have to show a government issued ID to vote?  As I read this morning, the cerification committee plans to certify the election today at 1, regardless of the law suit.  This is just more (moore?) of the kind of behavior that kept him from being elected.  Oh, and in case you are wondering, he took a private lie detector test proving that he did not have a physical relationship with any of his accusers.  He is soliciting funds from his supporters - how much of that do you think will end up in his own pocket - to continue to pursue these endless legal battles.  I guess he just can't believe he lost the election - or is he thinking about all he will lose by not being courted by lobbyists and others that peddle influence on Capitol Hill.

If he does I will actively support his opposition, presumably Kay Ivey in the primary and if the general ends up Moore vs Sue Bell Cobb I will support and vote for Ms Cobb.

Go plow thru all the documents ShortBus referred to,,, and suddenly the case for voter fraud looks a little more solid. I woluld like to see this case of Demo fraud followed until it is either dead or a proven fact. Most folks here, apparently, do not want to hear any more about this. I don't understand that. His image? Or the way he talks? 

He got the under the bus treatment from all directions, state , local and national. From his own party.

I would like to see it fleshed out as true or not.

The state attornary has examined every case of possible voter fraud and said it was not there.  I believe that they were very careful.  How much voter fraud can there be in a state where you have to have a voter ID to vote?  You know tht the media was calling the election.  and I don't believe that "republican" votes were recorded as for Jones.  What would the ruling Republicans in this state have to gain from certifiying Jone as the winner, if there was a question?  Republicans have no one but themselves to blame for Roy Moore - if there had been a viable candidate, a Republican would have been the winner.

If by "funny" you mean hypocritical I would invite you to read her posts leading up to the election.  It was not disinterest on her part that led to her decision to sit it out.  IMHO she exercised her right to not vote for either candidate, which is not inconsistent with supporting her right to vote if she so desires.
