I am no fan of Trump and have stated so on this forum......but as a clear eyed realist I also can't imagine the country surviving another 4 or 8 years of this chaos.

so, after some thought I've decided my conscience can live with this conclusion to vote for Trump: with HIL you get corruption, illegallity, deception and and a distructive person who brags about her 30 years experience of doing this.....with Trump you get a coarse, immoral and distasteful person who has spent a life time of being successful at business and now wants to change things in DC and drain that swamp.

If his win will bring about a correction in course by the media and a re-establishment of the FBI and the Justice Dept as supporting a standard of Blind Justice and our system as a gov't of laws rather than of men then that will be a tremendous bonus for the sake of our children and grandchildren.

I'll be ok with that........this country has been the deneficiary of some vain, coarse and profane people in our history ......McArthur and Patton come to mind....but corrupt, illegal, deceptive and distructive has no redeeming values for us.

Good cartoon today.  Man nailing down a chair, while Obama asks "what are you doing?"  He responds "I hear the Clintons may be coming back". 

If she is elected, I wonder how many valuable antiques and expensive gifts to this country, she will claim are hers? 

BTW, under government ethics laws, every gift that you recieve in your official capacity has to be examined and priced.  Anything over $50 becomes the property of the U.S. government.  (not sure what the current cap is; it may be a bit more now)

Had dinner tonight with three other gents, one retired from the USMC.  He was on presidential protection detail during the Clinton years and says Bill was an easy going guy who was easy to talk with.  Hillary on the other hand was the meanest, vilest person imaginable.  Not hearsay, but words from the man's mouth.

I guess you agree that Hillary should be able to demean and downgrade people in order to reach her "pedestal". She learned well from her defense of Bill as she "attacked" all the women that he abused. I've lost a lot of respect for you as you continue to defend her, notwithstanding the methods she has used for thirty years to try to reach her ultimate goal of President of the United States. I wish there was some way I could understand your adoration for such a "wicked" and "vile" woman. If you have a daughter are you willing to tell her that if she follows in Hillary's footsteps, someday she to might "fool" enough people to be able to run for President? Abuse and step on everyone so that you can reach the top.

I've read the same.  Frequent use of the "f" word to her Secret Service detail.  Nastiness to the household staff, telling them to get out of rooms and such rudeness.

Trump may have his share of skelatons in his closet, but anything he did, he didn't do while he was a public official and responsible to the taxpayers of this country.  Some people are just not intelligent enough to realize all these years, Bill and Hillary have been ripping you and every other taxpayer off.  Even out of public service, they have arranged pay to play schemes.  they really are a dispicable pair.  And yes, I would rather have them follow Trump's footsteps than Hilary's or Bills.

You did a great job describing the difference between Hillary and Donald. While Donald may be accused of some undisirable conduct, he has not faced allegations like Hillary that required certain actions by Obama, the DOJ, and the FBI to keep her out of prison. The way that these agencies have influenced the outcomes against Hillary have made a mockery out of these same agencies whose main role is to ensure cases are handled in a fair and unbiased way. Hillary thrives in knowing that regardless of her actions, she will never be guilty of any wrongdoing. Imagine what this world would be like if every individual could have the same assurances as Hillary.

to think that these federal employees (not the appointees, since they are put there to further the President's agenda) would be a party to this farce.  When you are a federal employee, you are supposed to be apolitical.  Campaigning  and participating in those kinds of activities is a violation of the Hatch Act.  You have no idea how many time I had to speak to my employees during election seasons to stay away from campaign websites, signing up for campaign activities, etc.  And if they came to a different conclusion and were overruled by the appointees, I can only imagine the morale issues.  This whole thing just stinks.
