I use Met Life. I wouldnt say I have the best deal on the planet, but i have been happy with it. If you have more than one property, it sometimes helps to bundle them with the same company.  It also helps to bundle the cars and property as well.  They will often offer discounts on one or the other or both.

I am just a homeowner.  Certainly we have a insurance guy/gal on the forum that can speak from a professional point of view.

I don't have a specific agent recommendation, but I would say to pay careful attention to your coverage. A lot of polices will not put enough emphasis on the lot. The agents might be used to a city lot that is worth like 10k and not used to the lake where it might be 10 times that. It's always a good idea to review the amount of coverage and how they have it allocated.
