1.  Last night on the NBC Nightly News they profiled the WH Receptiontist.  She is a well educated young woman, but she is deaf, and cannot speak other than signing.  So she has an interpreter that assists her in her duties and answers the phone.  So basically, we have two people doing a one person job.  Surely they could have found this woman, who has a PhD, another job in the WH where they wouldn't have to employ a second person to help her do her job.  I'm in favor of hiring the handicapped when they can do the job and making reasonable accomodation, but this seems to me to be an unreasonable accomodation. 

2.  Saw a story recently about Michelle Obama's redecoration of the family dining room.  Seems she likes contemporary and that is reflected in her choice of furniture and paintings.  Unfortunately she is living in a Colonial mansion at the expense of the taxpayers. 

3.  Michelle Obama recently fired the WH florist because she doesn't like her asthetic.  Seems Michelle perfers more contemporary floral arrangements and this florist specializes in more elaborate floral displays.  The WH florist, like the Chef and others are not specifically hired by each President, but tend to serve for years until someone lets them go. 

4.  Although the fashion media "loves" the style of Michelle Obama, she just continues to make one disasterous choice after another.  Today showed her getting off the plane in Japan in a sleeveless dress that was nothing short of ugly.  Give us back another first lady like Laura Bush who was always beautifully dressed. 

Glad to get that off my chest.

went to Samford Univ last Thursday night--Laura Bush was the featured speaker--so much class--she talked for 40 minutes about family values, the need for individual values & respect for others--then did 20 min Q & A--so classy & so much character--not ostentatious at all; seats sold out  & many were still outside

I agree.  I would love to hear her speak.  You'd have to drag me kicking and screaming to hear Michele Obama.

I just read an article where a guy ran the Obama's through the classic test for narcissistic personality disorder and they scored between 24 and 28, at the upper end of the scale.  I can assure you that they not only feel entitled they have zero sense of their pathos.  Did you hear the one about Michelle claiming black girls rock?  They are totally immersed in identity politics and division.  This is going to be a long, dangerous and disruptive two years filled with many more of these kinds of stories and sadly much worse.  And the Democrats want to replace them with another entitled and dangerous person and we will have to bear hearing any criticism of her as a war on women.  When will our national nightmare end?

No - we just need someone that loves the USA and what is best for it. Not what is best for the Democrats or the Republicans.

but you are not going to get much love on this forum if you really believe that!  Most will say they agree with you then make it clear that only those who support the mantra of the most extreme right end of the Republican spectrum really love America and that their "solution" is exactly what and the only thing that will save America.

Since l do not fall in that celebrated category I am a "baby killer", "coward", "blame America firster"!
