On the Fourth with the temp at about 102* by the grill!!!! Man it was HOT>
Sister brought Conecuh Cajun wrapped in bacon and toothpicked,,, sprinkled with brown sugar, stored overnight in fridge. These are links, maybe 8 inches each. Slap them direct over a Royal Oak fire, shut the lid. After 3 minutes, lift lid, try to ignore Vesuvious eruption, turn links, cover again for 3 minutes. Lift lid and slide to cool side of grill, not over coals. Cover. Shut bottom vent almost closed. Take them off after @ 12 minutes, slice in bite-size pieces. Mustard/mustard/mustard. Combined with the brown sugar on the sausage?? Oh My!!

Mr. Leviticus claimed to have a pipeline to God's ear on meats, which ones to eat and which to avoid. He then wrote a cookbook section of the Old Testament for preparation and cook times. Caught on with many of the tribes of the day, because they never had anything else but goat meat and prairie chicken. Still applies to many tribes today. Sad.
If only Mr. Leviticus had been able to slip out back behind the tent and sampled some of Mary Magdalene and Thomas' smoked baby backs/ribchops before he published his cookbook, the world might be a different place, Huh? Of course, Mary and Thomas never found a publisher.
