It has been a month since the last post on this forum. Is nobody cooking yet? I delivered two briskets today. Both smoked with mesquite chips, and seasones with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sweet basil.

McGills going with pulled pork on homemade yeast rolls, Talisi is filling up on his wife's version of Red Lobster cheese biscuits.  I have fed several folks BGE smoked chicken breasts that have been yummy.  My only issue is my BGE is too small. so I guess I have an SGE.

Have not cooked for more than four people since last fall except for butts or hams. That will be changing starting in May and until next late fall. CAT wants to do a taste challenge and we are working toward that happening.

Did a 8.5lb butt 2 weeks ago for the family. Tentatively planning a turkey or two for Easter.

I did a smoked butt and rolled some home made tamales. I'll be baking another batch of the sourdough rolls this weekend.
