the old quick draw.

I just received new bumpers for the pontoon which mount on the side rail more or less permanently. Will it be ok to leave these bumpers on the outside or do i have to remove them and keep them on the inside?

If they do not flap, you have to take them in.

Fenders are on boats, But are they flapping bumpers or flapping fenders--oh, never mind.

Oh H... We are on the bumpers again. This could get interesting. Personally, I let by bumpers hang. LMAO

Are they firm bumpers? Or the soft, wimpy ones!

One bumper style is called the Slinky. Not adequate for boating.

Fenders, or bumpers if you insist, should be kept in a snug compartment so that they are not visible to others. They should be provided a little support so that they don't become floppy and misshapen. They should only be exposed when serving their proper purpose.

Tally,

I am going to go against your advice. They really look good - they are long and thin and actually hang down below my dock.

... but my inventory is suddenly vanishing. Babygirl you check is in the mail. Nothing like a little mud slinging, er I mean wrestling, to really push those sales. And of course the 'support' provided by the bumpers crowd doesn't hurt either.

LMAO
