I hope everyone is having a great Holiday Season. My name is Rod Forrest, I own a company that manufacturers the Aqua Lantern Solar Lighted Buoy. The Aqua Lantern promotes safe boating at night and adds a fun look to the lake. I am interested in your thoughts as fellow "lakers". Please visit www.aqualantern.com, then post your thoughts to info@aqualantern.com. Thank you for your time and comments.

Happy New Year,

Rod Forrest

Hi Rod, I am going to try to be a nicer person wilthout a few hypocratic double standards (LTL has taught me that). The Forum rules say no advertising on the open Forum. Although you product does sound interesting, it is advertising and should be treated as such. Please join the Forum with you input and day to day enjoyments of the Lake without advertising. We could use new thoughts and entertainment. Just contact the Forum sponsor and advertise there. We do tend to read that section also.

Dang it guys, I feel terrible with a bad cold. This is the best I can offer.

Feb,

Thank you. I won't post any further information.
My true intent is to find out what sort of regulations your lake has. For expample, does the DNR, or County regulate what can and can't be placed on the lake in front of your property? Are you allowed water trampolines? Do you have to have permits for docks and floats?

Febber! How exceeding nice of you! You should have a cold and feel bad more often! You're darn near human!

I believe you need approval from Alabama Power and DMR to use any type of buoy or floating marker.

FEB, you better get to a hospital -- that was pitiful. LOL
