are two different things. Under the thread about Current Market Value, we got listing info. Anyone read the Alex City paper, or the Dadeville paper, or go to the courthouse to get the acutual sales?

Now, that's what I would like to know.

How many days on market, etc. I see sold OLD listings in the real estate magazines.

KInd of funny. The real estate agents must read the Forum. Last year I posted about real estate agents having their pictures set at an angle in their advertisements. I made the comment "Who wants to do business with a crooked agent?". I clarified the point to mean not crooked business wise but just the picture and what it might appear like. Most are very attractive people and probably good at their profession.

I do notice now, you see no pictures of crooked angled sitting in real estate adds. The Forum must of made a difference. We will never know..

Now some of those pictures look like they are GLAMOUR SHOTS.

They crack me up sometimes (and have you ever met some of the agents - and their pictures are 10 years younger and they don't look like that anymore? - that cracks me up, too.)
