Hello KC, First let me say that I'm very glad to see someone else on the forum...Welcome! I have been known from time to time to wet a line after those cats. I have not tried it yet this spring, however I talked to a guy at the boat launch the other day who was doing quiet well on cats. He said they were being caught in shallow water, but gave me no word on what he was using fo bait. I'm sure I will have something to report in the not too distant future. Have you been cat fishing? Hi Slabhunter,

How are you doing?...I haven't been made it out to Coffeen this year yet?.....I did a lot of catfishing there last year in later part of the year....Is the power plant back up and running?..What was the water temp when you where there last time?....I probably will be making my way out there sometime this month....I am going to try some crappie fishing on the river this weekend...
