The male patient enters the doctor's private consultation room to get the results of the series of tests run the week before. The doctor says "well I have some good news and some bad news". "Well doc you better give me the bad news first." "I'm afraid you are suffering from a serious and debilitating disease and will be dead within 6 months after much pain and suffering." "Oh that is very bad news." but then the patient perks up a bit and says with some optimisim and hope "but you also said you had some good news." "Yes indeed I do have some very good news, I'm sure you saw the very attractive blonde receptionist in the low cut blouse and short skirt when you came in. Well, she has finally agreed to let me take her to dinner tonight!"
