There have been pest control recommendations on the forum  in the past, but those sometime change with time, as in when a local company is bought out. What are some current recommendations, as we fired our previous provider and need a replacement for our lake cabin in the Parker Creek area, close to Coosa 20 and Byway er Road.

They were bought out by Northwestern and they cut inside service, raised the prices and have rude customer service.  He quit them for the same reasons a bunch of us did.  But in my case they also claimed to have sprayed when they didn't.  He got our of the truck took a pic and left.

Northwest is the antithesis of S&S.  Impersonal, disorganized, less service and employees who verbalize discontent to at least one customer (me).  I called to cancel and they told me I had to fill out some online form.  I did so, but that information never got to the locals...they kept trying to schedule services that I already told them we no longer wanted.  Their payments go to somewhere...Cincinati I think, and I got duns for bills already paid that Northwest (Cincy) somehow failed to tell Northwest (Opelika) about.  Pest control in Alabama is a very competitive business.  There are lots of other options.
