Jetski won't respond to remote security unlock command.  No beep responses whatsoever to lock/unlock command.  

No lights go on.  Can't start engine.  

New 12v batt for the boat, and new battery for the remote. 

What's the problem?!!  Never seen this before.  Bunch of kids coming for the weekend.

You may need the transmtter reprogrammed. As I understand, you can't do it yourself as it is protection if someone steals it and tries to reprogram it themselves. Call Steve at Cathouse Marine 334 517-6500. He will give you honest and professional advice.

Yeah, after consulting others as well as the reply post, I think I need to take it to a dealer and let him program the remote.  

Question:  I've changed batteries (about yearly) before over the ten years I've owned the boat. Why did it act up this time?  Especially since I've got six kids for the weekend who need me to pull inflatables. Go figure.
