I have no problem with Trump pulling out of the summit, especially considering the whole thing was a spur of the moment deal with no pre-planning other than the setting up of the D J Trump victory parade down PA Ave. and getting the Nobel acceptance speech ready.  I do have a problem that the pull out was just as unplanned. Trump met with the S Korean president just hours before the decision yet he was completely blindsided with no warning this was coming.  It even appears that the Secty of State was out of the loop.  The letter itself was stupidly written sounding like something from a middle school student...it does not speak well of a presidential team that incorrectly addresses the letter to "Chairman Un" rather than correctly "Chairman Kim" (how apoplectic would you Trumpistas be if  a national leader sent a message to "President Donald").  This whole summit idea from inception to end looked like a Keystone Kop act put on by a bunch that is no where near ready for prime time amateurs in a situation where the best and brightest should be calling the shots!

And yet the NORKS still want to meet badly...

Sometimes you have to walk away to get a better deal - now that we see all the issues with the Iran deal under Obama and the fact that they would not walk away proves my point.

Funny you make reference to a Keystone Kop act. What do you call the act that was happening with Comey and the FBI, Rosenstein and the DOJ, Clapper and the NIA, Mueller and the Special Counsel, Brennan and the CIA, and any of a number of other "deep state" traitors that have become entrenched in our "equal justice" for all system? You still can't bring yourself to admit to the positive changes that have been made in a iittle over a year with President Trump in office.

Didnt you have some snappy comment for when Obama stated electricty rates would skyrocket??

"In January 2008 when he was running for President, then-Senator Obama, said, “[E]lectricity rates would necessarily skyrocket…. [W]hatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that money onto consumers."

Between the Iran "treaty" and everyone screaming Russia Russia Russia - you have no one to blame for the cost of fuel but the previous administration.

And before you squeal that it is all Trump - Obama blamed Bush for everything negative for 8+ years.

Besides Obama told Putin to "cut it out", and you know that Putin had no choice but to listen.

With the exception of the appointment of Jim Mattis and DS, as far as I am concerned there has been nothing positive that has happened under Trump.  Those things you see as wonderful (tossing regulations, withdrawal from Paris and Iran accords, junking DACA, moving the embassy, our new go it alone policy in foreign relations, appointing unqualified swamp dwellers as cabinet secretaries, protectionist trade moves, appointment of extreme rightwing judges, kowtowing to the T party, passing tax cuts the give you and me peanuts if that while Trump and his family get millions and exploding the debt, etc, etc, ad infinitum) I see as disasters for this great nation.  I am as free to hold my opinions as you are to hold yours.  We are both have the right to our own opinions but not our own facts and the fact is that my opinions are much closer to the those of most of America outside the Trumpista bubble than yours!

I get a kick out of the talking heads going crazy over the letter and missing the whole point of why Trump is constantly winning. The letter wasn't written like it came from a Harvard law professor it was showing his genuine feeling in straight talk to a third world dictator that will not have to be deciphered through his diplomatic corp to asses the meaning. He is speaking directly to Kim and is unambigous. All the months and sometimes years of setting up a summit (as wedidi in the past remember how long the negotiations went on over the shape of the table back in the '80) isn't neede when you can talk dirsctly to the principles.m Trump is so far ahead of the curve the media can't see the cliff.
