The Elks Lodge will have the annual Rubber Duck Race held today at 4:00PM. It starts at the River Bridge and goes to Snake Island. The winner will recieve $1000. Hope you bought your ticket. Afterwards there is a shrimp boil for $12.95 per person.

   Hope to see you there.....

PS: Collected 4 gallons of honey today. Probably have 2 times more in the other hives. Its been a good year for bee keepers even tho there is a slight honey shortage.

America Now had a segment recently on the dangers of buying imported honey...recommended buying local honey...so I will soon be needing another jar of it....
