Hats off and a grand salute to all militay  personnel past and present on this special DAY to remember when so much was risked to continue the liberation of Europe.

Made the journey to the Normandy area with some other veterans last year...............hard to comprehend the enormous scale and sacrefices made in that conflict..............

Yes, we should never forget the brave souls.  Some never even made it to the beach.  They knew it was going to be a hard fought battle, but they did it anyway.   Making that trip must have meant to much to you.
