"A lot of folks can't understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in our country. Well, there's a very simple answer. Nobody bothered to check the oil. We just didn't know we were getting low. The reason for that is purely geographical.

Utah

Oklahoma

It reminds me of the lady who pulled into the garage and told the mechanics her car's 710 part was missing.
They were very confused and ask her to point out the missing part on another car in the the shop.
She did, and they burst out laughing. They then explained to the lady she was looking at the part upside down.
