It's just water coming through the cracks where the plywood meets. Most commonly where four corners meet. I have used sylicone in the past. Just apply from the bottom. If I were doing it today I would try flex seal tape. That stuff works.. Another possibility is the grommet where the cables come through the floor and you can use sylicone there also.
Hope this helps.

Lifer hit it on the head. Find the source and silicon it and then flex tape the top of that. That tape does work. Need to have boat dry of course when applied. Worked for me several years ago.

Thanks ....I will try again. I did flex seal spray and silicone before with limited success. I’m gonna do silicone and gorilla tape this time. I have a fiberglass floor....the water seems to be coming in where the seam sits on a cross beam. The old rubber seal seems to have deteriorated. Wish me luck!
