They most certainly will. In fact it's on the website that Martin peaks today and starts back down tomorrow.. It will continue down till actual level meets the rule curve and then it will start back down.

Yes, I think it will get a little below 486 before it hits the curve.

I doubt it will get below 486 again.  There is too much water in the watershed.  They can try but I doubt it will happen.

It won't happen.  Look at the prevoius draw downs this year.  They will intersect the rule curve in a week at 486 or maybe 485.5 and start going back up.  There is also more rain in the forecast.  There's no way it goes below 485.5 before it starts to come back up.

APC says 485.79 on March 8th
