I would guess that most of us don't use a cleaning service.  You might try to search the forum as this has been asked by others in the past and there may be some suggestions.

What part of the lake are you on? Do you want weekly, after visits, monthly, etc.? How big (sqft) is your place? The more info you give, the better responses you will get.
