Any of you guys have experience with any of these services? I need something with fall detection for my 80yo Mother-in-Law. She had a recent incident that fortunately wasn't a disaster, but very easily could have been. She lives alone and we would be more comfortable if she had some extra protection.

We have one for my Mom and it's quite excellent. It's not Life Alert and I can't recall what it is. She has used it several times when she fell. First they call her through the monitor. If she doesn't answer they call her phone number. If she doesn't answer they call my and wife's cell phones. No answer on any and they call 911 and the paramedics head over. She is 87 years old and lives in our home but is alone a lot and she really likes the comfort of having access to help if she's alone. Not too expensive.
By the way, we also have an Arlo camera system that allows us to check in on her while we're away. We have cameras in her bedroom, kitchen, hallway and living room. That is more of a comfort to us and no, she doesn't mind at all.
