i mean someone to prepare for her

It's so easy to fill out, I doubt she needs someone to help her. But there is always Turbo Tax. Why pay an accountant? She could always find an H&R Block.

If she can't fill out a 1040EZ then she needs lots more help than someone to prepare her taxes. It is literally like 5-7 lines and all she has to do is take the numbers from her W2 and copy them onto the form.

I know. Even my 91 year old father manages to do it.

Have her sit down with you and show her how to do it so she can do it herself in the future. It's like teaching someone to fish and they can feed themselves in the future. No reason to pay someone to do something one can learn to do themselves.

Most of the tax prep websites will do a simple return for free. I used taxslayer.com for my kids. It is pretty self explanatory and they walk you through the return and will file it for you electronically. She does need to be careful because they will try to get her to pay them to get her refund right away. She will need to get a PIN from the IRS to file electronically but that's pretty easy to do as well.
