Subject:	Question about rumors

  I have heard a couple of different rumors about what is going on on 280 across from the Boat Doc, Dr. Caldwell and Freedom fuels. First I heard a chain motel, then a motel/truck stop motel, but yesterday I heard a Walmart Marketplace. Can anybody confirm, deny or heck, even spread some rumors? There is never a lot of equipment there like they are clearing for anything really. I usually see just a dump truck and/or front end loader working there. It's been like that for over a year too. It seems to me that maybe somebody just selling fill dirt. But that is just a SWAG on my part.
