Folks on the forum have asked, so I went by Kowaliga restaurant a couple of weeks ago and snapped some pictures of the work in progress. It looks to me like they are taking the old banquet / private room and making it the bar. That way you don't have all of the wait traffic and flow and bar folks staring at the restaurant folks, and vice versa (I guess, no one told me this). I think this is a great idea. I hope they make the main dining room non smoking. They are also expanding the outdoor seating, another good idea IMO.

I think their date was April, I am keeping my eye on the Outlook and Lake Magazine, I am sure they will have an announcement in there.

I hope it is run better than Sinclairs. You could give your name to the hostess and sit for hours while people walked in off the lake and parking lot, sat down at tables without getting in line, and left you sitting there waiting!

We will just have to agree to disagree on this one. I would NEVER sit back and be disrespected like that without exerting myself and bringing it to the attention of whomever is in charge. I agree if it happened once it was Sinclairs fault, but if a second group did it then it become the customers fault for allowing it.

your response. The customer SHOULD notify management of the first occurrence. My interpretation was that you would have taken action OTHER THAN THAT. (ie. an altercation with the offending party/parties)
