S&S Termite out of Opelika is another good source.  They do quarterly pest control plus annual termite inzpections for our lake house and home in Montgomery and show up on time, are courteous and polite, and are very reasonably priced.

I have S&S too. Bugs get sprayed (incl. Gnats/wasps in eaves) quarterly for $80 per. Yearly termite bond is $115 and includes repairs needed if the floor gets eaten thru...

We pay $75 per quarter for pest control and $175/year termite inspection/bond.

Thanks for the feedback ! Icurrently have Waynes and I do not reccommend them for any services lawn or termite.

We also have S&S, but I don't think they pay for repairs.  Might want to read your contract.  If you say they do, I'm calling them out, because mine says they will retreat but not pay for repairs.
