Looks like the next one is on the way. Just some thunder & lightening right now. Will post again in a bit to keep you posted. As campbd posted earlier, nothing damaging so far. I am at the end of T-road across from the rv's at Real Island.

This last one had a tad more gusto. It is raining pretty good and the power is out. The generator is doing its thing.

I just got back to the house after travelling to Coosa 20 to check on campbd's place (you're welcome). Downtown Equality hit pretty hard. Feb, this is where i found your power lines on the ground. started to put them back up, but APCO crews already on scene so I figured I would let them have the glory. Plants and Antiques scattered about from their respective stores, and multiple trees downed. RIVFD and Equality VFD on scene to coordinate tree removal and with traffic. Hwy 235 closed at hwy intersection due to downed lines. Once i got past the flashing light on 9, there were no other problems. Along Coosa 20 there were no downed trees. I understand that Seman took a pretty good hit as well, but did not go there.
Good Night...at least what's left of it.

Didn't see any damage today on Coosa 20, but there were a lot of trees down about a block from our house. We lost our power and cable about 11:30 last night (rightr after the 2nd storm went through.)
We were over Coosa 24 today where there were major trees down, and one house lost it's roof, on the upper part of Coosa 24.
It's a very strange feeling to be watching the news and here that there is a storm with rotation heading right past your location. We had no hail, no major lightening, and whatever hit the road a block over from us, we didn't know about it. We feel blessed.
