Our group will be having ribs with all the fixxins for our Memorial Day community meal at the lake. What are you planning to cook?

Please stop and remember all those who have paid for our freedom with their lives. Without their sacrifice we would not have the ability to be enjoying teh rights we have today!

Memorial Day is a favorite, as it is the first long weekend for boating, and I'm so looking forward to it.  We'll be doing some ribs on the Big Green egg, with plenty of sides.  Might get a salmon done one night, along with burgers and Italian sausage another.  We'll be sure to have the appropriate beverages to compliment our food and friends.  Everyone be safe and enjoy.
