Interesting article.....completely focused on the mega homes as you would expect.  Still on the whole it was a very positive review of the lake.  I'd post here but it's behind a paywall.

Saw there average sale price in 2019 was 668,000 and has jumped now to 1.2 mil. 

Bad news for property taxes!!
