Needed another cheatsheat that told him exactly what to do and when during the recent Summit.  He had to be told to speak to people when he entered, when and whwere to sit, when to speak. He also thanked Colombia for hosting the summit - except of course that Cambodia was hosting, not Colombia.... Wrong Continent.  Oh yeah and he stumbled going up the stairs and almst fell down.  

Do you notice that it is always "the WH" walking back his mistakes and tells him where to sit and when to speak - no doubt the same people that tell him not to speak, beyond the prepared remarks.  Ever wonder who is doing all this?  They don't say who at the WH is ordering him about - National security advior???  Or is Obama still running the show?
