After more than 3 years of investigation we have the most "Nothing Burger" trial of Attorney Sussman.  About whether he brought "false" evidence to FBI Baker as a private citizen or lawyer working for a client.  I mean Come on.  Let's have some substance from Mr. Durham's work.

Much as I predicted about the useless faith in Durham or any other member of the deep state.  To think he was going to get a conviction out of a DC jury with an Obama judge that nixed a lot of evidence was wishful thinking at its best.  I have said this before and this is just another example, we have a two-tiered justice system and we will always have one.  Forget Durham as this was his only chance of getting any deeper into the real insurrection.  He needed a conviction to get Sussman to sing and it didn't happen.  I can assure you there will be no justice for the Russia colllusion hoax.

Which of course will come to nothing. I just saw another Clinton confidant "committed suicide".  Sure doesn't pay to be around those two.  I have been cynical of the whole Durham thing from the get go.  The deep state protect their own while they pretend to "do something".  But it went to the jury and they acquitted a guy who clearly lied to the FBI.  Anyone that takes this as justice likely also believes OJ didn't kill his ex-wife and boyfriend.....similar jury pool.

Usually when someone in the Clinton orbit "commits suicide" they shoot themselves in the back of the head three times and then move their dead body to a park.......or they get "robbed" but the killer mysteriously doesn't take anything from the victim....or they kill themselves in a prison cell when the camera's are turned off, the guards are conveniently not paying attention and the cell mate has been removed from the cell......or the plane they are flying in mysteriously blows up in mid air.......or.......well, I suppose you get the drift.

The reason I am not fixated in Trump is: a) he is no longer President; and b) Dementia Joe is and he has been a total disaster.  And it does not surprise me that you still repeat the lie that Trump was responsible for what a small group of stupid people did on Jan 6th.

One Sussman juror was interviewed and now we know the reality........he or she indicated that Sussman lied to the FBI but there were more important issues than just "lying to the FBI".  That my friends is a classic case of jury nullification which is a threat to the rule of law.  A jury's job is not to legislate but to determine whether or not someone violated a law.  They did not do that in this case.  They summarily decided to nullify the law and find someone that was clearly guilty of a crime not guilty. 

Glad this juror went on the record as to what happened in this trial.  When you have a jury pool such as DC that is 99% Democrats you will never get a conviction of a Democrat, period, full stop.  One of many reasons why Durham is a complete waste of time and money.  I said all along there will be no consequences and I am fully vindicated.  I'll bet Clinesmith is kicking himself for pleading guilty.  But hey, the DC bar already reinstated his law license so no harm, no foul, right?
