1. She cannot provide any details about when and where the assault occurred making it impossible to corroborate or disprove her story.  Even worse, she has given different accounts about how old she was.  She also claims she was not inebriated.  Now I don't know about you but I can remember all the details of much less traumatic experiences in my life, let alone the most traumatic.  I believe she either is making this up out of whole cloth or it happened with someone else and if she provides the details and where and when then those really involved could come forward.

2.  She told no one that this happened until after her memory was "recovered" during counseling in 2012.  Not her best friend or her Mom or anyone else.  For something so traumatic you would think she would have told someone, especially a friend.  And yet not one has come forward to support her claims.

3.  All the other people she identified as having been there have denied it was true, including her self-described life-long friend who would have no culpability and no reason to lie and every reason to tell the truth.  And all of them have declared this under penalty of perjury.  The only one that hasn't is Ford herself who wisely sent her letter to her congresswoman and not her Senator who was on the Judicial Committee because that would expose her to perjury.

4.  Her immediate family is not supporting her.  It's mostly her husband's family that seem to be behind her.  One has to ask why her most immediate family refused to participate in a letter of support.  Neither of her parents nor her brothers signed the letter of support.  One has to wonder why.

5.  Every attempt she made to find contemporaneous corroboration has failed.  She called her friends from high school all summer and no joy.  She has belatedly found friends who claim she told them about it after 2012, all of whom are also partisan Democrats and are simply parroting what she allegedly told them.  Sorry, but that doesn't trump contemporaneous recollections at odds with her alleged claims to others 30 years later.

6. She is a partisan who is rabidly anti-Trump.  She tried to hide her motivation by lamely scrubbing her social media of her pu$$y hat wearing antics and other social justice warrior nonsense.  And the people she has hired to advise her are likewise highly partisan hacks.

7.  She claimed in the WaPo piece that she was upset Trump won in 2016 because Kavanaugh was mentioned as a potential pick for SCOTUS.  Except Kavanaugh was not on the original list of 11 and wasn't even mentioned until 2017.  Nice lie and further evidence that she is not to be believed.

8.  She claims her therapists notes corroborate her story but Kavanaugh was not mentioned in them.  And the notes themselves contradict her later story about who was present.  It makes one wonder if her recollection was a convenient excuse for being a dysfunctional spouse.

9.  Her actions and those of others since this began violate all the reasonable criteria for the credibility of her allegation.  She initially used the press instead of the process. The timing of the allegation was scripted to their advantage.  She has attacked the process instead of participating.  They have attempted to alter the process so that BK cannot defend himself.  She sought to have BK defend himself before she even made her claims.  The accused and those that she claimed to be there have vigorously denied it ever happened.  She has made unusual demands to modify or control the process.  This all came up after BK was identified as a SCOTUS nominee in the media.  The only corroborating witnesses are simply repeating what she told them.  These are all red flags that investigators of sex crimes use to determine whether the allegation is false.  She violates every single one of them.

Nah, just want to prepare the left for tomorrow's hearing.  Mitchell will very gently and kindly slice and dice Ford up one side and down the other in order to find the truth.  She has no sympathy for perps of sex crimes but she will likewise be motivated to get to the bottom of this.  Having said all that, I am still not convinced Ford will ultimately choose to expose herself to perjury charges.  The committee I suspect has some surprises for her.  And her belated release of letters parroting her claims is not evidence of anything other than them parroting what she allegedly told them.  They pale in comparison to the denials under penalty of perjury by those she claimed were there.  In a real world she would not be believed.

Avanetti has unleashed the latest accuser and one even more outrageous and unreliable than the others.  This is your modern Democrat party at its most reprehensible.  Of course this latest allegation will fall apart like all the others but that will take time and delay is the only objective here.  Will Collins, Murkowski or Flake fall for it?  Sadly I suspect the answer is yes.

Person in college attending high school parties for a year plus, witnessed drugging and drinking to the point of gang rapes and trains, keeps returning to same parties, herself gets raped by gang or by train while possibly under unexpected influence and keeps coming back?

Wow, it was much easier to give some belief to  the I was groped and never returned, then went across the country to get away from those people, but now I was drugged, raped by a line of HS boys while in college and kept coming back for the party scene ?

It makes it hard to believe when a woman says that the boys lined up to take turns, and I came back weekend after weekend for a few years.  If true, sounds more like she was a willing participant then a victim.

Yes, and now it appears that her accusations are falling apart, now another woman pops up - and big surprise!  She is represented by Avenatti of the porn star fame.  And she is actually claiming she was gang raped at parties that Kavanaugh was present and somehow responsible for it, if it is even true.  

My question is this:  Since the FBI has already said they do not see a reason for them to investigate this, then why don't these women file a civil suit against Kavanaugh (since the statue of limitations has clearly run out on anything criminal).  The reason of course is that they have no proof.  

I am so disturbed by all of this and what it says about our country now.

She graduated in 80, partied with underaged minors from 81-83 watching while girls were raped on up to 10 occasions?  Wonder if any of those minors want to file charges against the college girl who kept showing up for drinks and sex.

The more you look at this the crazier it is.  So she was a college student attending high school parties where girls were being drugged and gang raped and she goes back to them even after she herself was drugged and gang raped.  I'm sorry but this is totally devoid of any level of credibility to be believed.  In fact, if you believe this woman you are beyond delusional.  And here's the kicker, if in fact what she is claiming is true then she has committed a crime for which there is no statute of limitations.  She had a legal obligation as an adult to report these sex crimes and did not.

It is also convenient that the only two people she identified were BK and his friend Judge.  She doesn't ID anyone else and does not list who exactly raped her.  This allegation should be quickly and summarily dismissed. 

Hold the hearing on Thursday and if Ford actually shows up, give her the opportunity to speak and BK to defend himself.  Let's hear her as she is being grilled by the lawyer and decide for ourselves whether she is to be believed over the three men and her life long friend who deny it ever happened.  I still think she will not show up in which case they should hold the vote and if Flake, Collins and Murkowski have a shred of decency they should vote to confirm him.

Please don't misunderstand - I'm not defending any of these women.  I can't support anyone that waits until someone is being considered for high office and then trots out a bunch of allegations 30+ years after the fact.  I give these women zero credibility.  As I have previously stated, unless Kavanaugh killed someone, raped someone, or abused someone, I think what happened in HS should stay in HS.  All of us have things that happened in HS that we would take back as adults.  I'd like to review the HS antics of all those Democrats who are salivating all over these allegations about Kavanaugh.

Like with the nuclear option they are creating the new rules for the future.  Senators and congressmen running for office / reelection everything back to age 10 is now up for grabs.  If they deny it, that only proves their guilt.
