We are having a problem with our Charter - the picture starts pixelating, and our computers keep going down. They are sending a tech this afternoon and even though at the moment my computer is working, I'm going to let him come out and see if they can figure out the problem. I don't think it is within my house, but out at the pole.

When I was at our place about ten days ago I had the pixelating problem as well. I suspect they need to boost the signal into our area.
