ONCE UPON A TIME, THE HOUND WAS A SMART HOUND. THEN, THE RIGHT WING EXTREMISTS TOOK OVER THE GOP AND THE HOUND FOUND THAT TRUMP AND HIS LIES WERE THE ANSWER TO THE PROBLEMS FACING OUR GREAT NATION. MAY HIS LIES SAVE THE NATION.

You havent' made me mad or changed my views one iota. If the election was held tomorrow, I'd vote for Obama again. Never cared much for right wing extremists, but that's just me, and I make no apologies for it.

Do you not realize the stupidity of your post? Hound is not partisan, she is for what and who she thinks is best for the country. You really are losing it RMB.

Hound is a good example of someone who spent most of her life in DA SWAMP believing all the liberal krap, but then had a revelation, saw the light, left the swamp, moved to God's country, and lived happily ever after....
SHAME YOU CAN'T SEE THE LIGHT....

My statement is still true - I do not believe in extreme right wing views - the alt right is both crazy and dangerous to our country.
I did vote for Obama twice - because I felt first that Bush had made a big mistake going into Iraq. At the time, I was working in Washington and perhaps knew a little more about the neo-cons who were trying an "experiment" in "let's see if we can make a democracy in the Middle East" and then we'll take out Syria and Iran. Of course, we all know how that turned out. And I agreed with Gen Tommy Thompson when he said that Doug Fieth was one of the stupidest SOBs that he ever met. I admired his guts on 9/11 and after, but I think the wrong people got his ear when it came to invading Iraq. But I do think he has been a model past President. I also admire Carter for the things he has accomplished post presidency.
The second time I voted for Obama had to do with who was running against time. But by the mid point of his second term, i lost confidence in Obama, and felt he was creating certain problems and doing nothing about our economic situation. I generally regard him as a failure as a President, I think it would have been better if his wife stayed in the background more, and no matter how much styling and posing they did, they were not good for the country.
So then came the 2016 election, so I pretty much kniw I would vote Republican. And I particularly liked Trump, because I agreed with his policy positions and what he is trying to do. Like a lot of people, I wish he would stay off Twitter sometimes and not continue petty battles.
And in 2020, I will see who runs and who I think can do the best for our country at that point in time, considering what we are faced with. My biggest feeling right now is we must get some of the codgers out of Congress and get some new blood in there. When I heard Diane Finestein say she will run again - she is 84, and if she is re-elected she will be 90 at the end of her term. The average age in Congress right now is 61.5 years, which means that large number of codgers in there is pulling that number up considerably.
I believe in a strong economy, a strong defense, and in doing what needs to be done and let the chips fall where they may. I don't believe in increasing entitlements, trying to nation build in foreign countrie and I don't like those that would further divide us; having said that, I don't believe that anyone in this country is oppressed, and is entitled to reparations or more entitlements.
I support Trump, and I believe that if Congress will support him, we will be much further ahead at the end of his term.
So GF, never speculate on what I believe now or have believed in the past. And Wix, just for the record, I served under Democrats and Republicans in Washington and frankly, over the years one has been just as bad as the others. And I think our current economic woes have their roots in the Reagan years.

"So GF, never speculate on what I believe now or have believed in the past." I wasn't speculating...I was basing my comments on your post from 2009 and your 360 degree change to support the right wings. Just the facts from your post.

And I still don't support the extreme right wing. So what is it that you think has changed? You can quote me all you want. I said what I believed then, and when it comes to the extreme right wing, that hasn't changed. But, as the country changes, and the world changes and facts come to light, I change with them, as I gain more information.
and don't forget, I am a woman and I have the perogative to change my mind. LOL.

There you go again confusing the truth with fake news. You and your fellow deplorables don't like the news about Trump so it is fake.As Commander In Chief, he needs to recognize the need to tell the truth and quit playing his constant games. He is always looking for admiration and ratings.

Goofy, I have often commented on how you were failed by your govt school education (or lack thereof) and this is yet another example. A 360 degree change would essentially be back to your original position. Now a 180 degree change would be the proper term. But as for Hound, I applaud her for her ability to see the world for what it is as opposed to the wishful thinking we get from leftists. Why let reality get in the way of a slavish devotion to a failed ideology that relies almost entirely on emotion versus facts, logic and reason.

And that makes him (Trump) different from every other President how? They all brag about their poll numbers, they brag about their accomplishments, they tell everyone how great they are doing. So how exactly is Trump different from all the others. To even run for President you have to have over-the-top confidence and an ego the size of Texas.

That statement is equally or more true about the Narcissist in Chief Obama. I don't recall you making that statement about Obama so you are being hypocritical by making the accusation about Trump.

Goofy is impervious to charges of hypocrisy. WHen you have such low standards it is hard to be a hypocrite. Besides, he is suffering from the mental illness of TDS. He cannot help himself and will not admit he has a problem so he can't be expected to get the much needed mental health care. More likely he can't find a doctor willing to take on another Medicare patient.

How is Trump different?????
Try this for size..........
"At first it sounded like hyperbole, the escalation of a Twitter war. But now it’s clear that Bob Corker’s remarkable New York Times interview—in which the Republican senator described the White House as “adult day care” and warned Trump could start World War III—was an inflection point in the Trump presidency. It brought into the open what several people close to the president have recently told me in private: that Trump is “unstable,” “losing a step,” and “unraveling.”"

If you are so "claiirvoyant" why don't you reveal who the several people are that you "know" who are so close to the President that they are calling him "unstable", "losing a step", and "unraveling". Sounds like you must be wired in to Pelosi, Shumer, and many other "know it all" Democcrats. I think you have also been talking to "Cowgirl Wilson" who is a real "asset" and someone who you Democrats must really be proud to have on your "side'.

And apparently you think that Corker spends a lot of time at the WH? No he doesn't. So that tells me he is operating on gossip and conjecture by people that don't like Trump. You know, it is easy for Congressmen to cast aspersions at the President - because if they can keep the attention on the President, they won't have to explain why they haven't done a damn thing in years.
Trump is no different now than he has always been. And that is his appeal - he is not master of the soundbite.

Uh huh.......I realize that imitation is sincerest form of flattery but I am not buying it. Occasional cerebral flatulence is one thing but continued mistakes like this point to a more serious problem. Get help Goofy....it will do you some good. Otherwise you will just keep making 360 degree turns to the left and always end up back where you started, a leftist suffering from exteme TDS.
Accepting you have a problem is the first step to getting better. You need to attend a TDS Anonymous program, stand up and say, "I am Rich and I sufffer from TDS". And they will reply, "Hello Goofy!" and then congratulate you on taking that first important step toward regaining your sanity.
