OK, you can tell I am not a big fisherman.  Does dropping the lake level help with the fishing or are you just tossing grenades into the room.....or forum, so to speak?

I ould have guessed the post to be in jest because so many wring their hands about when APCO is going to bring the water up.  The word facetious comes to mind.
