When all of the hippie pinkos were berating our country this expression was appropriate. It is still appropriate today and needs to be directed to all of the redneck right wing tea party retards who constantly berate our government and our president, Supreme Court and congress.

Keep it up, your karma rating is almost as good as GFY's. After 44 years working for the USAF, I retired when I knew omama was going to be elected.

I beg to differ on your assessment that "Tea Party" members are "right wing". That is the narrative that the media has confused and therefore has confused the public. The definition of "right wing" means that the view is both fiscally and socially conservative. The "Tea Party" was a phenomena born in 2010 for purely fiscal reasons (Taxes and Spending). There are no socially conservative initiatives in the "Tea Party" platform although they may endorse right wing candidates to accomplish fiscal objectives. You see some right-wing conservatives align themselves with the Tea Party agenda because it coincides with their fiscal beliefs. If you dig deep, you'll find the "Tea Party" agenda to be closer to libertarian beliefs (non-party affiliated). That is far from the "right wing extremist" narrative that MSNBC (and some other media) touts about the "Tea Party". It is actually closer to center - towards left-wing. Not until you study the Nolan chart (whose creator happens to be the founder of the Libertarian Party), can you begin to understand this. Political beliefs are not limited to liberal vs. conservative. There is the element of government oversight that expands the spectrum to a second axis. Once you understand this, you'll find extreme right-wingers want as much out of government as left-wingers when it comes to foreign policy, corporate welfare and prohibitions. That is not the "Tea Party".

Hmmm... studying the Nolan Chart, I find myself in the center! I am not socially conservative. HOWEVER, I definitely am fiscally conservative. Being an Originalist (believe in the Constitution as written) makes me lean Libertarian.
Webmaster, how acute your analysis!

I merely stated that the members of the tea party that are red neck right wing retards who keep dissing our country should be told to Love or Leave America. Iam certain that all tea parry members do not fit that category
These people really should leave. Because their position will never be main stream and they will never be happy
Maybe too many martinies have resulted in Hepatic encephalopathy in some members of the tea party.

Bringing together the concept introduced in this string by Webmaster, I submit that we can use the Nolan-Chart to represent the migration of Constitutional interpretation, indeed application from its signing to the present.

Mr. Hunt,
I guess I'm one of those rednecks that you are speaking of however, every post I have read that you have made has me thinking you are just totally obnoxious. Please correct me if I'm just not able to comprehend your posts and you are really a reasonable gentleman.

Hmmm…
Sorry but, you pretty much said that all Tea Partiers are redneck, right wing
retards and (unintentionally?) even associated us with hippie pinkos. If it was
not your intent to implicate all of Tea Party members, you perhaps could have
revised it slightly, much like you did in your second post by inserting the
word “that.”
Just
curious if your love it or leave it philosophy holds true with people on your
side of the aisle. What about a certain First Lady who for the first time in
her life became proud to be an American after her husband was nominated for
president? And this remark coming from the soon to be First Lady of the United
States!!! Is that even fathomable that a First Lady of the United States would think,
let alone arrogantly say such a thing in public on multiple occasions? I guess her
living and prospering in these United States, or even her hubby’s election to
the U.S. Congress wasn’t enough to make her proud to be an American. Just
wondering… would that qualify her for your love it or leave it idea?
What
about the good Rev. Wright; the 20 year pastor/mentor/influencer of the man who
holds the once “most powerful office in the world” who had all those really
nice things to say about our beloved country? Just curious; were you critical
of him and would you say that he should also pack his bags?
Have
you have forgotten the constant belittlement and berating of Bush, Cheney,
Rumsfeld and others on the team by the media, Hollywood, and prominent members
of Congress and the Senate? Let me refresh
your memory; it was vicious and it was relentless. Should they also have left?
Just wondering...

I don't have a side of the aisle. I supported Bush when he was pres and I support Obama now.
LBJ said you gotta like me, I'm the only President you got.
I'm just glad I don't have the job.

I am beginning to understand. It is Mike Hunt’s stated goal to sew disruptive prattle on this forum. There is NOTHING we can do to assuage his tantrum. His posting are for effect only… having little consistency to them. THEREFORE, I am not going to address ANY of his petty comments from this point on. I too, could... as could anyone... rejoin the forum under a different name and vent displeasure at being persistently unable to debate a position. As blow-back for being forthright, I take the heat. By this point, most every one of you should know who I am... as opposed to hiding behind a false name. - - LMF Curmudgeon
