Subject:   Should Sessions Fire McCabe
Date:   3/15/2018 9:27:43 PM

Sounds like more bad press coming for Andrew McCabe, with a lot of it criminal.  Should Sessions fire McCabe tomorrow and cause him to lose his pension?  I think Sessions in a no win on it.  And he will probably say "well since the whole report is not yet in, I'll just wait"  And the wait will let McCabe get the pension.

My wife is worried about his family. I say it seems like his wife is a political animal so let the Dems take care of thier future.

Fire Him!

Technically, people should be fired regardless of how close they are to their pension if they commit a crime or use their jobs for personal gain.  But politics being what it is these days, if someone is close to retirement, just let them retire.  They can be put out on Admin leave, so they physically leave the premises, but are still eligible to receive their retirement.

I assume that both David and Mike Flynn continue to collect their military retirements.  As political appointees, they would not be eligible for civilian retirement.  And if they were, any civilian retirement would be offset by their military retirement.  Since Generals retirement income is well over $100K, I doubt they were worried.

This person is a career civilian.  Because he is law enforcement, he is eligible to retire at 50.  HIs birthday is on Sunday.  So if they terminated him before he could get his retirement processed, he would likely file and appeal and win.

Good to hear about the Generals I feel they got a raw deal. McCabe should be brought up on charges and let the chips fall where they may.

For once someone in government gets sh!tcanned instead of walking away with a multi-million dollar pension.  OPM recommended the firing based on the IG's report.  If you want a good laugh check out McCabe's statement.  Whines about the negative news and Trump tweets but not a word about the IG report.  It would have been dereliction of duty for Sessions to ignore the OPM decision.  There are many other deep state actors that need a similar firing before they will maybe get the message about interfering in elections and spying on the other party's campaign.

And realize this, had Hillary won we would have never known how corrupt DOJ/FBI had become with thei political appointees.  That corruption came from the head of the snake Obama/Holder.

MM, you hit the nail on the proverbial head.  Had Hillary won ALL the corruption would have been hidden and continued.  At least now there is some light being shone (shined?).  I was SHOCKED that Sessions did it.  Yes, there will be challenge after challenge, but the process has begun.  Let's get that full OIG report and see who else needs the axe.

Trump continues to shoot himself in the foot, with Tweet Hxll.  I am not sure he makes it but ^^^^^^ the above.  He will keep us from a HRC presidency for at least four years and maybe forever!  That is a job well done!

AMEN, MM.  Career bureaucrats are way too protected.  Understand their desire to be protected from politicians, but now liberals have invaded the system and you have to play their game and you're protected for life.
