Have an old Evinrude 70 HP outboard.  Ran a compresion check yesterday and the cylinders read 110, 105, and 95 lbs.

Do those numbers support investing in getting running it properly (runs now, but poorly).

Next time crank the engine and let it get to operating temp first.  Then do your compression check.
