The marketing geniuses at Bud Light apparently decided they needed to get away from their "fratty" approach and appeal to the trans freak segment of our society by hiring a deeply demented man pretending to be a woman to hawk their beer.  Like the idiots at Gillette, Disney and others they are paying bigly and their distributors are royally PO'd at their stupidity as sales are off.....way off.  But probably going through the roof with the trans community...all 1% of them.  I don't know about you, but Bud Light is not exactly the beer of choice of limp-wristed left wing nuts.  They are drinking Chardonney and Appletini's and if they do drink beer it sure isn't that product.

News flash to corporate marketing weenies, people don't want corporations to weigh in on social issues.  In fact it is just the opposite....they want them to keep out of these divisive issues.  We don't need to be reminded by corporate ads that a fringe minority of people, many of whom are seriously mentally ill, are destroying the social fabric of our country and do not respresent the values of most of us.  So once again, go woke and go broke.

I think the media has convinced these companies that if they don't embrace woke culture, they are in risk of losing business.  But I believe that the truth is that the majority of people are tired of having it shoved down their throats.  And the advertising, meant to appeal to this tiny segment of our society, is not helping their cause.

Yep....stupid corporate games.  And what is even more ironic is the woman that started the whole thing at Budweiser was a founding member of a female society at Harvard that looked amazingly frat like in their social media posts......drinking, acting stupid, etc.  Apparently she got the "woke religion" at Bud, probably after taking the 27 DEI courses that are required.  That or she is a cynical corporate suck up that got accolades for her so-called accomplishments.  This really starts at the Board of Directors.  They bring on leftists who shove leftist ideology down the throats of the employees so they will be invited to all the right cocktail parties and weekends at the Hamptons.  The fish stinks from the head down.

Yes, I believe that is true.  DEI is the cause in a lot of cases.  As someone who lived through the quota days, I find it very sad that we are right back to that again. I don't know what coporate culture looks like in terms of divesity, but when I worked for the government, which now has mandatory DEI, I really felt the minorities were equally hired, promoted and given opportunities as long as they did a good job.  The ones that screamed were the ones that had marginal performance, were not intelligent, and were always the first to yell racism when they didn't get something they felt they were entitled to.
